No need to scour French ebay for a participant polo of the 1000KM Paris race. This pilote – the French word for ‘driver’ – polo will make you feel like were in the drivers’ meeting, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Bell, Larrousse, Pescarolo, van Lennep and Kinnunen.
This homage polo takes you right back to the Autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry, located about 20 miles southwest of Paris. Oh, and in case anyone asks you about the outcome of the race: The duo of Bell / v. Lennep won in the Gulf Racing Porsche 917K.
